My Story

Hi! I’m Anna Laifer. I am passionate about helping incredible leaders show up in the world as their most genuine selves.

I’m often described as positive, intuitive, bold, and playful. I grew up the youngest of 4 in a house full of love and chaos. I was often found making friends with strangers, running around the neighborhood dirty and full of energy, and standing on the kitchen counter in a diaper, telling jokes to my family. I’m the daughter of a professional sports executive and grew up surrounded by athletes—my competitive spirit often emerges in a game of beach volleyball.

As a child, I fell in love with horses, and considered becoming a professional horseback rider—but as I advanced in the sport, it became more about status and elitism and that frustrated me. Later in life, I would realize that it was the nonverbal connection to animals and humans that I’d always been drawn to more than anything else.

In the years to follow, I worked at Korn Ferry and LinkedIn, advising hundreds of leaders on people-related problems while receiving my MBA from Kellogg.

Integrating my life

I focused on my personal growth journey and developed a set of key practices around the power of being present and listening to my inner guide.

I wanted to share these practices with a broader community, so I completed my coaching certification (ICF, CTI), and launched my own practice in 2021. As a coach, I rely on my intuition and curiosity to support my clients. I meet each individual wherever they are on their personal journey and help them access greater presence and trust in themselves. I also love to hold space for groups to explore, play, grow, and connect.

I live in Los Angeles with my loving, supportive husband, Tal, and our sweet pup, Mobie. Among many things, I love to host intentional gatherings, dance at music festivals, read character-driven novels, attend silent meditation retreats, hike in nature, and spend time with my family in Wisconsin.
