I coach leaders,

But this isn’t traditional
executive coaching

Rather than focusing on how to get clients from a linear point A to point B or on specific behaviors, I create a space for clients to grow through exploration. My goal is to help clients strengthen their relationship with themselves, trusting that powerful outcomes will naturally emerge from that state.

Individual Coaching

For individuals already clear
on what they want to do:
We focus on increasing awareness and trusting themselves more.

I work with high-achieving leaders to move into the next phase of their growth. These leaders already excel at what they do, (mostly) trust themselves, and know that they’re capable of having a great impact. In the next phase, they may be working towards connecting more deeply in their relationships, wielding their influence with intentionality, and holistically integrating who they are with how they move through the world. Coaching helps these clients uncover who they are at the core, explore what it would mean to embody a deeper relationship with themselves, and meet the world with this evolving self-trust.

For individuals in the
exploratory phase of growth:
We focus on self-discovery and visioning.

I work with open-minded, purpose-driven explorers to uncover their next steps through inflection points in their growth. A client may be feeling a hunch that there’s something more for them, but they’re not quite sure what it is or how they’ll make the next step. Other clients are transitioning in some way—at work, at home, or in another core identity. Our coaching relationship peels back the layers into who we truly are, with an emphasis on exploration, mindfulness, and discovery to uncover greater clarity.

Best Practices

Each coaching engagement is unique and customized. I recommend partnering together for at least 4 months and reassessing from there.

While many of my clients have been working with me for years, others might just want support during the transition points in their life. I usually meet with clients 2–3 times per month.

Group Work

For purpose-driven organizations: I create custom leadership development workshops.

Topics may include clarity on leadership style, empowering teams, building trust, and increasing collaboration.

For communities: I share my passion for alternative mindfulness practices.

Group offerings open up a space for humans at all stages of their journey to connect and grow together. I teach breathwork, embodied dance, and meditation locally in Los Angeles.
